Referrals provided by Senior Care Options are based upon initial conversations and best available knowledge of facilities and programs. Our clients, along with a thorough assessment by facility personnel, are responsible for conducting due diligence and for making final decisions. Ultimately, an agreement will be made between the facility and prospective resident or family.
